Construction Debris Removal in Dubai

Removal of renovation and fit-out debris, including tiles, gypsum, concrete, timber and stripped-out fittings.

  • Quoted from photos before we attend
  • We carry it out — nothing to move downstairs
  • Same-day availability

Overview

Renovation debris is the heaviest material we handle. Broken tile, concrete and stone are dense enough that a small-looking pile can exceed a vehicle's weight limit long before it fills the load bed.

That changes how the job is quoted. General junk is priced by the space it occupies; debris is priced by weight, and the two rarely give the same answer.

Who this service is for

  • Homeowners and tenants after a bathroom or kitchen renovation
  • Contractors clearing a site between phases
  • Fit-out teams removing strip-out material from a commercial unit
  • Anyone left with debris after a small building works job

What we remove

  • Broken tiles, ceramics and sanitaryware
  • Gypsum board, plaster and ceiling material
  • Concrete, blockwork and stone offcuts
  • Timber, skirting, doors and frames
  • Metal studwork, ducting and pipework
  • Packaging and offcuts from a fit-out

What we cannot take

These need a specialist route. Set them aside and tell us before the day.

  • Material suspected to contain asbestos
  • Chemical products, adhesives and solvents in bulk
  • Contaminated or hazardous site waste

How the service works

  1. Tell us the material and rough quantity

Material type matters more than volume here, because weight decides the vehicle.

  2. We match the vehicle to the weight

Dense debris is loaded to the weight limit rather than to the top of the load bed.

  3. We load and clear the area

The work area is swept so the next trade can start.

What to do before we arrive

  • Bag rubble in strong bags where you can, filled about half-full so they can be lifted.
  • Keep debris separate from general waste. Mixed loads cost more to handle.
  • Flag anything that might contain asbestos before we attend, and do not disturb it.
  • Confirm any building notice period for debris removal, as management often requires warning.

Building and access considerations

Debris removal is the job most likely to be refused by a building at short notice. Management is protective of lifts and lobbies during renovation, so expect a permit, a booked service lift, protective covering, and often a restriction to specific hours. Some buildings insist debris is bagged rather than moved loose. Confirm those conditions before the collection is booked.

Where your items go

Construction and demolition material goes to facilities that accept inert building waste, kept apart from household loads. Mixed debris containing timber, metal and gypsum is separated at loading where it is practical to do so, and we confirm the route on the day.

What affects the price

We quote per job rather than from a fixed list, because two collections of the same item can be very different pieces of work. These are the factors that move the number:

  • Weight and material density, which govern the vehicle and the number of trips
  • Whether the debris is bagged or loose
  • Floor level and service lift availability
  • Building restrictions on timing and permits
  • Whether the load is mixed or a single clean material stream

Send photos and we will give you a figure before anyone is booked in, so there is no negotiating on your doorstep.

Why customers use us for this

  • Priced on weight, which is the honest way to quote debris.
  • We arrive with the right vehicle rather than discovering the load is too heavy.
  • The work area is left swept for the next trade.

Questions we are asked about construction debris removal

Why is debris priced differently from other junk?

Because it is priced by weight rather than volume. Rubble reaches a vehicle's weight limit while the load bed still looks half empty, so volume-based pricing would be misleading.

Should I bag the rubble first?

Yes where you can. Bags around half-full are liftable; full ones are not. Many buildings also require debris to be bagged before it goes near a lift.

Can you take asbestos?

No. If material is suspected to contain asbestos, do not disturb it and arrange a licensed specialist. It is outside this service.

Do you clear sites between phases?

Yes. Recurring collections during a project are common, and they are simpler to schedule if the dates are agreed in advance.
